Connie Marie Donato

Connie (Concetta) Donato passed gently into Gods arms on 05/19/2014. Connie was born on 3/3/1925 in Brooklyn, NY to Minda & John Frezza. She was married to James Donato on 4/20/1946, they were married for 62 years. Connie was a devoted wife and mother. After her husband James passed away in 2008, she became impaired by dementia.

She is survived by her son: John Donato, daughters: Denise Bleakney, Minda Remen & as she always said, her surprise baby Kim Stanilov, one daughter-in-law, three son-in-laws, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

You are finally back with dad again, who you missed very much. So rest now, watch over us from above, you are love and will be missed, love your family.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 8:00 PM-10:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation, located at 3889 Powerline Road, Oakland Park, Florida 33309 (954)306-2124.

Her wishes were for cremation which will follow days after. Her ashes will be placed with her husband.
