She is survived by her children - Lisa Belfer, Kim Binkley, Michelle Bangham, Lorrie Johnson; and her grandchilden - Alexandra, Erica, Bryce, Kylie, Ryan Taryn and one very special granddaughter Sophia. She was predeceased by her daughter Valerie.
Constance Carter will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace knowing she was loved and appreciated by many.
