Dale Lee Madison, 64, resident of Wilton Manors, Florida passed away on June 17, 2017.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 11:00 AM-1:00PM at The Pride Center at Equality Park, located at 2040 N Dixie Hwy, Wilton Manors, FL 33305.
Wake Service will take place at 11:30 AM during the Visitation and will be officiated by Father Bob Caudill of All Saints Catholic Mission.
At Dale's request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Saints Soup Kitchen, 3460 Powerline Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
