A Celebration of Life Visitation will take place on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM, at Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation, located at 3889 Powerline Road, Oakland Park, Florida 33309.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM.

Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Central, located at 499 Northwest 27th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.
