Heidi Lynell Thomas, "Skinny Pete",46, resident of Wilton Manors, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19. 2015, with her loving partner, Ileana "Q-Jo" Diaz by her side.

She is survived by her partner, Ileana, "Q-Jo" Diaz; daughter, Alex Lyons; and grandson Blake Thomas Lyons "Nugget".

Heidi was a fun loving, free-spirited individual, who touched the lives of all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 6:00 PM-10:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation, located at 3889 Powerline Road, Oakland Park, Florida 33309 (954)306-2124.

Wake Service will be held at 8:00 PM, during the Visitation.

***We encourage all who attend to make Heidi's wishes come to fruition...to have a party in her honor....please dress in very casual attire. Flip flops, sneakers (Sponge Bob pajamas), shorts, t-shirts, wife beaters, etc. are encouraged. **** Please no suits and ties.
