Jessica Lynn Smith

Jessica Lynn Smith was granted her angel wings on October 2nd, 2020. Jessica was a beloved daughter, sister, mother of two, and friend. Her parents and family mourn the loss of this beautiful soul who passed away much too young at the age of 32.

Jessica is survived by her beautiful children, Adrianna (12) and Liam (3), Her parents Linda Roth and Mark Smith, stepmother Denise Smith, stepfather Richard Roth, and her siblings Francesca, Summer, Nikki, Jacob, and Toni Roth, her grandparents Patty Lanzalotto, Frank Lanzalotto, Sue Smith, Ted Smith, along with uncles, aunts, cousins, and other family members.

Jessica was born on November 18th, 1987 at Hollywood Memorial Hospital in Hollywood, Florida To Linda Lanzalotto and Mark Smith. Her childhood was shared between Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Tampa, Florida. Jessica attended Lithia Springs Elementary, Randall Middle, and Newsome high school in Lithia, Florida. Years later attended Paul Mitchell cosmetology school for hairstyling. Jessica made friends everywhere she went, her radiance and light attracted so many people. She is loved and missed by so many.

Jessica loved to sing, wherever, whenever, and whatever song was on. music was an escape and always uplifted her spirits when they were down. She felt music in her soul. When she was younger, she found much joy and cheerleading, hairstyling, and sleepover parties with all her friends. She was a social butterfly, which goes right into another love of hers, butterflies. She considered herself to have two spirit animals, a lion which represents her fierce, fiery, and loyal side, and a butterfly representing her loving, gentle, and magical side. This speaks to a part of who she was, an amazing and beautiful person. Fierce, loyal, and loving until the end. Jessica was a protector, she looked after people, put others before herself, and helped whoever she could. Her light will forever shine on us.
