John Patrick "Perry" Van Ommeren, 52, resident of Paramaribo, Suriname passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, alongside his wife, Monique Van Ommeren (nee Wilmink), and daughters Charissa and Sacha Van Ommeren.

Services will take place in Paramaribo, Suriname on Thursday, April 23, 2015.
