Jose Noel Portillo, of North, Florida, passed away on March , 2024, at the age of 51. He was born on March 29, 1972, in El Salvador. Jose will be fondly remembered for his funny and playful nature, always wearing a smile that lit up any room he entered. While he had a quick temper at times, he was quick to forgive and move forward with his trademark humor.
Jose's greatest joys in life were his family, friends, and his faith. He adored spending time with his loved ones and was deeply involved in his church community, cherishing the moments shared with fellow parishioners.
He is survived by his loving wife Nelis, sons Mauricio (Luz), Carlos (Irene), Joel; daughter Jennifer; and grandchildren Axel. Jose's warm presence and kind heart will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A visitation in memory of Jose Noel Portillo will be held on March 13, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation in North Lauderdale, Florida.
