Judith Marie Krueger, 64, went to be with our Lord on
October 13, 2023.
She leaves behind one son, Alex, and his wife, Katie, and three grandchildren, Mason, Chase and Freya, as well as a brother, Joseph, and sisters Anne, Madge and Claire, as well as numerous nieces and nephews in addition to her many friends.
Judith was born in Garden Grove, California on April 2, 1959 and enjoyed traveling and living in many areas of the US before coming back to south Florida to live the remainder of her years. She graduated from Immaculata LaSalle High School in Miami, Florida where she first caught the theatre bug. She loved the theatre and, in her younger years, volunteered her time in childrens’ theatres wherever she lived. She was artistic and had a flair for making her own clothes, crocheting animals and loved the Muppets, Snoopy and Winnie the Pooh. Most of all, Judi loved her church and volunteered her time with the Legion of Mary since 1994 and was the Curia President since April of 2022.
Judi touched the lives of many and varied peoples with her passion for bringing others to God and she will be remembered for her indomitable faith, her compassion and her generosity, giving to all with the little she had. Even with lupus, which she had for over 40 years, she made her way around on her motorized wheelchair and could be heard saying to one and all “God bless you”.
She will be missed and mourned by her family and friends and our lives have been painted brighter by the beauty of her presence.
