Luis Antonio Zayas-Miscalichi

Luis Antonio Zayas-Miscalichi, 96, resident of Pembroke PInes, Florida passed away on January 8, 2016 at his residence.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM at Serenity Memorial Chapels, located at 5229 Coconut Creek Parkway, Margate, Florida 33063. (754)205-4640.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 13, 2015 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, inside the large chapel, located inside the main building. Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the service to be present for Military Honors. Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery is located at 1500 South State Road 7 North Lauderdale, FL 33068.

Entombment will follow immediately after the service.

In lieu of flowers, the Zayas family would kindly appreciate donations to Catholic Hospice in memory of Luis A. Zayas. The Catholic Hospice (teal team) took great care of Luis Zayas in his final days and provided the comfort and care that was greatly needed. You may make donations online by clicking donations.
