Michael Neira

Michael Amadeos Neira (also known as Tata), age 32, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 5, 2018, at Seasons Hospice in Hollywood FL.

He was born July 27, 1986 in Queens New York, to Miguel and Amparo Neira. He was a server at Chili's on Miramar and Dykes for several years. He married Yasmine Monsalve on November 1st, 2004, in Broward County.

Tata truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, snacking, and spending time with his family. Michael had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way and always had a way with making people laugh.

He is survived by both parents and his siblings: Rita, Gloria, Miguel, Mary Jane, Javier, Omar, Jesus, Maria and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Michael touched are invited to the Serenity Funeral Home, 1450 S State Road 7 North Lauderdale, FL 33068 from 5 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, August 9th, 2018, to reminisce, grieve, support each other and, of course, just chat.

We know that Michael wouldn't have liked us to wear black clothes, so light colors would be more fitting.
