Patricia Purvin

Patricia Ann Purvin passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 3/26/18 after her battle with Lymphoma.

Patricia was originally from Lyndhurst, NJ and moved to South Florida with her husband of 48 years, Bruce Purvin, in 1979.

She was a career educator who taught elementary school, retiring in 2014 from Forest Hills Elementary in Coral Springs. After retirement, she enjoyed every moment of life and took many cruises with both family and friends.

She is most remembered most for being the pillar of her family, her outgoing personality, and her loyalty to all of her friends. She had a vibrant personality and brought energy to anyone she met and was an inspiration to those closest to her.

She is the daughter of Pasquale Tremonte (deceased) and Margret (Seibert) Tremonte. She has 5 siblings, George Tremonte (deceased), Billy Tremonte, Michael Tremonte, Bernadette (Tremonte) Saltarelli, and Maryellen (Tremonte) Young .

She is survived by her husband, Bruce S. Purvin Sr. and her children, Bruce S. Purvin Jr., Kimberly (Purvin) Rublaitus, Bryan S. Purvin, and Kelly A. Purvin. She has four grand kids, Kate Rublaitus, Kella Rublaitus, Emma Purvin, and Luca Purvin.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M., April 4th, 2018, at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church located at 5980 University Drive, Parkland FL, 33067.
