Servia Remior, a long time resident of Coral Springs, Florida, passed away on August 10, 2017, at the age of 83.
Servia is survived by her aunt, Josefina De Armas; her cousins: Vivi De Armas (Christopher Woodman), and Raul De Armas (Jeanne); second cousins: Alex De Armas, Kristina De Armas, Mark De Armas, Nicholas De Armas; nephew: Manolo Martinez; grandnephew: Manuel Alejandro Martinez; and their respective families. She is also survived by the Remior Family of Miami, Florida and Family in Cuba, Niurka Lemus, first cousin and second cousin Yaisel
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Rolando Remior.
Servia was born in the Canary Islands, Spain, and raised in Havana, Cuba. She immigrated to the United States and became a citizen in 1977. She married Rolando Remior in 1976 and was a resident of Miami, Florida until his passing in 2001. Their marriage was a commitment of unity and the vows of love. They enjoyed many family gatherings at their home where they took pleasure having traditional Cuban cuisine and music. Christmas and birthdays were special to them.
Servia was a kind and gentle person who welcomed any occasion to be with family and friends. There were often lively conversations with laughter .
Servia was a long standing member St, Brendan's Catholic Church in Miami, where she sang in the choir. She loved to sing the Ave Maria and often asked to be a soloist.
Our loving and beautiful Servia, you will always be in our hearts. We all love you and miss you very much. We know our love is with you.
May Our Lord and Blessed Mother hear our prayers and be at her side comforting her with angles to escort her to her waiting loved ones.
